Seth Labenz investigated what is centrally “American” as showcased through typography. He took a road trip to Columbus, Nebraska, the geographic middle of the United States, and drove to Salt Lake City, taking photographs of what he discovered in between. He presented photos and created a book that illustrated “the idea of the center of the United States".
